1. Nature of the product

AI Workflow Kit is a digital product (PDF guide, bonuses, and access to the PromptOS web app) delivered by email immediately after purchase. Because the content is digital and downloaded instantly, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun, as expressly accepted by the customer at checkout.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

Regardless of the above, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the kit doesn't meet your expectations, email us at support@ai-workflow-kit.com within 14 days with your order number and reason, and we'll issue a full refund of the amount paid.

3. How to request a refund

• Send an email to support@ai-workflow-kit.com with the subject "Refund request".
• Include the order number you received by email after purchase.
• You'll receive a reply within 2 business days.
• The refund is credited to the same payment method used, within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-refundable cases

Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase cannot be accepted. Orders are also non-refundable where misuse, sharing, or redistribution of the material in violation of the usage license has been found.
